Order processing. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email, then a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost
Free shipping on all US orders. International orders ship for a flat $8.99.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking, synced to your order automatically. New tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement after carrier pickup — that's normal. If it hasn't updated after 5 days, email help@aluvaejewelry.com.
Customs & duties (international)
Orders outside the US may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't reroute once an order ships, and orders returned as undeliverable may incur a reshipment cost.
