What are your pieces made of?
Real materials, never cheap base metal. Our collections use 925 sterling silver, 18K gold vermeil (a thick gold layer over sterling silver), tarnish-resistant stainless steel, and lab-created moissanite. Every piece is nickel-safe and designed for sensitive skin.
Is your jewelry really waterproof?
Our Waterproof Everyday collection (stainless steel) is built for it — shower, swim, sweat, and sleep in it without worry. It won't tarnish, fade, or turn your skin green. Our gold vermeil and sterling silver pieces are water-resistant and perfect for daily wear; for the longest life, we recommend removing them before swimming pools and hot tubs (chlorine and salt are hard on any fine metal).
Will it turn my skin green or tarnish?
No green skin — we don't use the cheap alloys that cause that. Stainless steel pieces are fully tarnish-resistant. Sterling silver can develop a natural patina over time; a quick polish with the included cloth brings back the shine.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Stainless steel: wear it anywhere, wipe clean. Gold vermeil & sterling silver: keep dry when you can, store in the pouch provided, and polish silver occasionally. Avoid perfume and lotion directly on the metal.
Do you offer different sizes?
Yes — ring sizes and chain lengths are listed on each product page. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us at help@aluvaejewelry.com and we'll help.
How long will my order take?
Most US orders arrive within 5–8 business days. We ship within 1–2 business days and send tracking right away. International times vary by country — see our Shipping Policy.
What's your return policy?
Damaged, defective, or wrong items are replaced or refunded free within 7 days — no return needed. Changed your mind or need a different size? We'll set you up with store credit within 30 days. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — free shipping on all US orders, no minimum. International orders ship for a flat $8.99.
