We want you in pieces you love. Here's how we handle it.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item — we fix it free.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@aluvaejewelry.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you, and with no need to ship anything back.

Changed your mind, or need a different size? We've got you for 30 days.

Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll set you up with store credit toward the right piece — no return shipping, no hassle. Because each piece is made to order and shipped directly to you, store credit keeps your swap fast and easy.

A few fair conditions

  • For hygiene, earrings can only be replaced if they arrive damaged or defective.
  • The Love It Promise (store credit for change-of-mind or sizing) is one resolution per order.
  • Received it as a gift? You're covered too — just include the order number.

Refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items return to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
